Los grupos clásicos, estelares en los ‘Progressive Music Awards’ 2015

La prestigiosa revista británica ‘Prog Magazine’ anuncia sus cuartos premios anuales ‘Progressive Music Awards’, donde se reconoce lo mejor del prog internacional. Este año la gran novedad es que con el regreso de grandes formaciones clásicas como Pink Floyd, King Crimson y Camel, entre otras, están nominadas en algunas categorías de premios tras varios años de lógica ausencia.

Los premios de la revista ‘Prog Magazine’ concederán sus cuartos ‘Progressive Music Awards’ el 3 de septiembre en Londres, en el Shakepseare’s Globe Theatre. Los seguidores del progresivo pueden ya votar a sus candidatos de todas las categorías en la página progmagazine.com/awards.

Como decíamos, el regreso de Pink Floyd con ‘The Endless River’ ha supuesto que estén nominados en 3 categorías: mejor diseño, mejor disco y mejor banda del año. Por su parte, los otros favoritos son King Crimson y el actualmente incomparable Steven Wilson, también con 3 nominaciones. Otros grandes colocados en los premios son Steve Hackett, Von Hertzen Brothers, Opeth y Flying Colors, que aspiran a al menos 2 premios.
